    Hi all,

I am in serious need of some help here. I have a dated processor which still performs VERY well, and I would like to upgrade the motherboard and keep the processor on active duty. This is basically a "please help me figure out which motherboard will support my processor" question, but you will see my problem quick lol.

    My Processor is:

Intel Pentium 4 Extreme Edition With Hyper Threading
    3.00 Ghz Codename Gallatin
    Socket 478mPGA
    Brand ID 9
    Family: F Model: 2 Stepping: 5
    With MMX, SSE and SSE2

    My Motherboard is:

    Model: D875PBZ
    I875p Northbridge Rev. A2
    82801EB Southbridge

The reason I want to upgrade this motherboard, is because I would like to have support for PCI Express X16. Two slots if possible for SLI. I have been racking my brain for almost 2 weeks now trying to find one compatible with my processor and have just had zero luck. I found this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130046 But I don't believe this will be compatible with my specific processor.

I don't so much have a brand preference honestly. the pci express slots are my main reason, but would like to utilize faster ram than pc3200 if possible as well.

Thank you all so much for any help you can give me, I appreciate any replies!

Your processors front side bus speed is 800MHz and this boards front side bus is "667/533MHz"
