When installing my Matrix modchip i put it into mode one (test/disable)after i hit the g spot and got the flashing green i screwed it down tightly until it stayed flashing green with out pressure. I then shut off my xbox and put the matrix chip into mode 2. When i try to boot it, it will turn on and off 3 times and then stay on with only a black screen on the tv. I am running Evox d6 red bios but i have also tried 4 other bios's on my matrix chip all with the same result. any help would be appreciated greatly. thanks
I had the same problem, it's most likely the alignment of the matrix. After you put it in mode 2 try to hold and press on the matrix and see if you can get the red x to appear.
