i have a E machine with a built in burner and i downloaded a decypter.when i try to backup my movies,it takes a very long time to register 1% then the buffer jumpes around, it goes from 1 to 3 back to 1 the to 5 back to 1. then the numbers on flies remaining never change.when it gets to 3% after 15 or 20 min later then my computer freeze up. my screen is black and no control work .i must unpluge my computer to get it to start working. i am a newbie please guid me though thie

i tryed dvdfab.i must eject the dvd for my computer to start back working.when it do start back there is a error message.asking me if i want to retry ect. the dvd i am trying to backup is a tv mini series with 4 parts on it.i collect old movies on dvd now i need to back them up because some were lost.what is garantied to back up any dvd
