Another question, although it showed "restriction off", the screen still show the carrier's name while switch off, is it normal? Does it means I can use with other carrier or purchase a sim to use in oversea? Thanks!

 

That's just the branding of the software, mainly graphical representations of who's your service subscriber. It doesn't affect you phone anyway anymore. You're free to use any other SIM card around the world.
