Hey if I plug in something to my monitor through component cables, and the image is green, does that mean that there I have Sync On Green on, or Sync On Green off? Also, is there a software way to turn it on/off? Or a cheap hardware method?
One of your cables isn't connected. Okay, that was a joke (assuming that all of your cables ARE connected you probably should try adjusting your monitor's color balance, that kind of thing first. It could be that the monitor isnt calibrated to true colors; this has happened to me. Other than that, make sure that all of the leads are in the proper spots, as siwtching two can cause color problems too.
