Is it possible to network the Gamecube through a router with the Qoob Pro for backing up games? I was thinking of this instead of using a crossover cable. Or is crossover the only way?

    Thanks for any help.

Yup. In fact, that's exactly how I have mine set up.

Just make sure that the PC you're going to make the back-up with has an IP of 192.168.1.100 or else it won't work. If you need to, just use a static IP.

Yeah that is what I had planned in mind. Will work on it as soon as I get my Qoob Pro in. Ordered it last night so should hopefully be here sometime next week or so.
