Nextel sim to Boost phone

Hey people...

Starting to try my hand out on unlocking, had a failed v3, but oh well.

Here is my new problem:

I got a friends Nextel sim card, trying to use it in my Boost phone for him. Unfortunately, I keep getting the "Enter Special Code Now" message and can't get it off. I tried a couple of different sites that told you to take the battery out and let it time out, to wait till it says "Please wait to enter code" and then shut off my phone and turn it back on. But none of that works. Called Boost mobile, tried to call Nextel, but no luck.

If anyone has any site or can give me some pointers in order to get it hooked up, that would be great!
