i have just built a new computer from the ground up, and included a 320gb sataII hard drive. my motherboard supports it and the bios is up to date.

i have heard that the original windows xp cannot recognize hard drives larger than 130gb or there abouts.

i installed the original windows xp, but once installed used the service 2 pack cd which i ordered from microsoft, which should allow windows to recognize hard drive.

im not sure where to go from here. help would be great!

    Thanks!
