By the looks of that the slot your looking at the blue one looks like AGP however if theres a card next to it that would be pci. Anyway instead of taking pics whats the model of the mobo and we can give you exact answers!

That is an AGP slot. From the pictures it looks like a micro atx board.

The slot next to it is PCI, I now realise.

I also realise why my computer overheats now, lol - my computer looks like the inside of a hoover bag. :(

When i tried to take out the heatsink (bad idea). I broke it and now when I turn my computer the fan spins really fast and makes alot of noise and then starts beeping at me like you would imagine a bomb would do.

ryan1515, edit your sig to conform to forum specs of 50k ASAP.
    2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.

CR3AT10N, can you post an updated picture to see what is going on now?

I think the reason for the computer to start beeping is either overheating of the CPU (do you have Pentium, because it's seems to happen really quickly) or fan running at too low RPM (or completely disconnected). You should try to properly connect the heatsink to the CPU.
