   i've got an freecom classic sl hdd

   is it possible i get the internal hdd out of its casing and put an 250 gb hdd in it?
   
   (if there is an ide connector in it i buy an 250 gb ide hdd)

   you'd be a lot better off just buying a cheap external case and putting a 250 gig internal drive in it.
