hey guys im having a problem with my graphics card, its a 256 radeon x1300 i believe. The problem is one day my computer just started taking longer to load stuff and images were getting shitty, plus i cant view some movies anymore. for example all the icons on my comp look shitty with a missing outline and some icons have changed to lower-quality (or safe mode)looking, like my winamp icons. i cannot play realtime movies it will frieze, and a couple other movies can now not play. also some other menu screens and stuff also look very low quality. Another thing is that when i play warhammer 40,000 it now will not let me play my winter edition ad-on. Even age of empires II is playing like crap. The first day it started acting wierd it said: "Vpu recovery has reset your graphics acceloratorsince it was not responding to graphics driver commands".I have also taken a picture of this. [IMG]
i think you can view if not right click view. thanx, and if it isnt in the right forum plz put in right one thanx!
by the way the outline on the note pad icons is hard to see but it looks like ants took little bites out of it.

To fixthe vpu recovery error . Turn off or disable the agp accelerator . It will be fine . After 3 days of playing with the settings . Turning off the accelerator fixed it.

hardware acceleration right click background>properties>settings tab>advanced button>Troubleshoot tab> turn it down one notch at a time and see if it helps
