Radeon 9800 All in wonder Crashing

I have custom build machine with a radeon 9800 all in wonder and the setup has worked great for the last year and a half. Recently, I was playing Rome Total War and out of no where, my computer makes a clicking noise and wammy, everything freezes and my computer crashes. Soon all of my games are doing it, warcraft, Godfather, Total War etc. Any help would be appreciated.

 

try updating drivers but note that this could be the video card or the ram

 

I installed the latest drivers and I even put in another 512 of ram and it still does the same...

 

if u add another stick u wont know if its the ram u gotta change it for the one tht was in
