when i convert videos to ipod format on itunes, the video will play but there will be no sound. any suggestions?
What is the source of your video? A lot of people that get video's from Limewire have issues getting the sound. I would highly recommend not using the converter in iTunes, but go with something else, like Videora's iPod Converter.
You need to use an external converter. 95% of all converters will require you to pay for their services. I downloaded mine from [removed]. I wouldn't recommand to use freewares for this because of the poor quality. Hope that helped.
