how do I add a phillips digital audio player

    I am not sure if I have a USB port capable to upgrade to USB2. Under Universal Seriel Bus Controllers I have

    Generic Root Hub
    USB Root Hub
    USB Root Hub
    Via Rev 5 or later USB host controller
    Via Rev 5 or later USB host controller

    My computer is a fujitsu siemens 1800 + Athlon and I have Win WP and SP2. I am just afraid to try and update drivers cos I dont know which one to highlight. I have 2 ports at the back ( one with a 4 adapter in it and all working well at moment) and 2 at the front (which is where I want to connect toand upgrade to USB 2 if thats possible. Can anybody help please
