What do I need?(converting Real Audio to MP3's)

I have Mero 5.5 with the Mero mix 1 but I need software that converts Real Audio to MP3's also I meed to change Windows media to MP3's.I have no idea what to go buy and I understand this has probably has been asked a million times but did not find my answer by going through other posts....sorry
I would like to stick with Nero software..
I will give thanks ahead of time for anyone that will be helping me in answering this question.
