You have started 3 threads on this so I think the mods may have something to say Now what I can see is..You are trying to fit almost 4hours onto DVD, you are using CRAPPY media, burning too fast, DONT have enough memory and finally you are using, what I believe to be a "Buggy" version of Nero.
as i stated previously the three threads were not intentional, as far as your answer goes i have burned with this dvd burner using this version of nero with the same discs at the same speed with the same amount of memory so unless you have something productive to say bug off!
I have also reported this so hopefully you will cop some type of suspension ans NOBODY will reply to your thread. Everything I stated in my reply IS IN FACT CORRECT, I've been around a little lomger than you!!
gwendolin, i am having problems with the latest verison of nero (7.5.9.0) which verison should i revert back to,thanks
@aabbccdd, I have only just upgraded from 7.0.8.2 to 7.5.9.0 and so far things are working OK for me...heres the link http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/ I tried 7.5.9.0a and had a few problems with it so settled for 7.5.9.0 Good luck.
- in which case i'll close the duplicates.. - for one, you've been given help already here. crappy discs alone is reason for your problem, never mind the other symptoms. cheapo discs equals cheapo consistency ie it's no surprise you have problems. And as for the 'bug off', multiposting, intentional or not, is one of the most annoying things on forums. but barking at people who give their free time on forums is not recommended. What i do recommend is looking over the help you've been given already, digest it and follow it, then we can have you up and burning again in no time

Well here is the last time im posting anything here as I am sure I will be banned. So be it! If the people moderating this forum have any sense of respect and dignity they will not delete this post as I feel I have a right to be heard! I received a weeklong suspension for telling someone to "bug off". This was in response to a rude and sarcastic reply to this original post. As you can see in the quote above that she was "in fact correct" about her rude and sarcastic reply and then was backed up by the moderator "creaky". Well now that I am no longer suspended I can now set the record straight. It was not "crappy media" or lack of "memory" or any of the other things that were posted in the rude and sarcastic response. It turns out that when I was experimenting with various programs to find a better way to burn a file was deleted after I uninstalled the ones I did not feel helpful. This, and this alone was the reason I couldn't burn. My computer was purchased with a DVD burner and therefore was always capable of burning DVD's. It seems the "experts" or at least the people who have "been here for awhile" have no idea what was going on. So go ahead, ban me. I for one will not be returning as not only was the help I received off base, but it was rude and sarcastic as well. It amazes me that the moderators are so buddy buddy with some of the posters that they are blinded by such total disrespect! As I stated before I'm sure you will delete this but if you believe in fairness you will allow others to see this and formulate their own opinions!
@dkraut They won't delete your post, you'll get your say in. But you are probably treading on thin ice by criticizing the MODs. They do a good job and some of the $hit they have to put up with would drive most of us away. To your original post you just said here's my error log and I can't burn. Had you mentioned the fact that you had just installed and uninstalled a few related programs, then someone might have picked up on your problem but not from just a log. If you decide to stick around (and you should) and post a question, give the members all the info YOU know, we can't read your mind.
at the time i didnt think it was relevant and had no idea it was a software problem. as far as criticizing the mods, it keeps them honest. not everyone is perfect, people make mistakes, it was the arrogance of gwendolin and the pull she had with the mods that disgusts me.
