pal dvd image to ntsc

    I have a pal dvd image file that I want to convert to NTSC and burn to a dvd. I did burn the file to a dvd and it does play on my computer so I know the file works. How do I convert this to NTSC?

    Run DivXtodvd and import the VOB files from your disk.
    Choose NTSC and it will save the output to the hard drive.
    You can also let it burn a new DVD or use DVD Shrink, etc.

    Nero Vision Express or Nero Vision 4 will do the same job and let you build a new menu.
