how do i find the ms_root folder on my psp

i have been lookin the computer in all my psp files but i cant seem to find it and i was wondering what i have to do to get it

Wait... are you trying to extract a folder from MS_ROOT? That meens everything in that file goes into the Memory Stick's root.
