    hi, i was wondering what the standard format for american dvd players are?

    yes thats what i thought it was but wasnt sure...like....what format whould i have to burn the movie in if i wanted to put in a regular american dvd player. i think NTSC is right so i will take a stab at it. .....thank you

    yes it is NTSC.
    use Video Tools.
    It supports all modern video formats and have built-in DVD/VCD burning engine. There you can select NTSC profile, and all will be tip top.
