Well, I start Mozilla Thunderbird, and try creating a new account. I don't know what to put in as my Incoming server. I am entering a Hotmail account, I enter my name and e-mail, which is bigboom350, and I am stuck at the account creation screen still.

incoming server will be a pop3 server (example) mail.nerdshack.com.. with passwords and certificates
Does hotmail (M$_junk!!) even work with TB? I don't think it does.. Your ISP will no doubt operate a pop3/smtp mail server..check them first.

umm... I have no idea what your saying. I know what to use, pop3, but what do I enter in the field? I don't know what to enter, like mail.nerdshack.com, what does that mean? I don't have a website or anything.
