when i type that code in it says cannot undo restriction

does that mean theres no way of unlocking it?

No cables can unlock a DCT type 4 phone which most are, only hardware.

The best way is to take the mobile to a shop for direct unlocking as buying the equipment to do it yourself is to expensive £150 - £250 depending on the box.
