this programme requires at least windows 2000 with SPTD 1.37 or higher. kernal debugger must be deactivated what does this mean and how do i fix it?

Are you using version 4.3? If so you might be able to fully uninstall it without having the error messages on start up.

    Anyway, try this first:

Go to control panel-->system-->advanced tab-->start up and recovery-->write debugging information

change it to "none" and check if it works now.

If you can, do this after uninstalling (if you only have a partial install now due to the uninstaller not properly working, you have to fully uninstall before you fix this problem anyway). If you are still having trouble uninstalling try running CCleaner (google it) and running the registry cleaner in that, back up (I'm not responsible for any damage that may occur because of registry edits, back up when prompted then if any serious system problems occur just run the backup) then fix all issues (after scanning for issues). Then turn off the debugger as explained above. If you can't manage to uninstall it first just try turning off the debugger and it might work.

Also try to disable dtools from running at startup (and just run it when you need to) by unchecking it's entry in startup using msconfig.exe (start-->run type "msconfig.exe") OR just delete the entry for dtools (I don't know what your exact entry will look like) under tools-->startup in ccleaner.

Also try to temporarily disable security programs like norton security centre or anti virus programs from starting, (uncheck their entries with msconfig, best not to delete the entries with ccleaner because you will probably want to set them to start with windows again) then if it works you will know what is having the problem with dtools.

If none of that works you probably have to edit some registry settings, go to this thread:
