Netgear MA521 PC Card HELP :(

    I just recently bout this notebook card I updated it when I install it it says THIS (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    Click Troubleshooter to start the troubleshooter for this device.)

    I need help I tried everything to get it working. Please help I already tried the following.
    1)Install in Normal mode
    2)Installed in SafeMode
    3)Updated Driver

    when you updated the driver (from device manager i assume) did you try choose location manualy instead of search automaticly and browse to the install disc in cdrom drive? i remember having to do this with a netgear ma-111 on one of my pc's awhile back, goodluck.

    Well it go the driver but now everytime I insert the card MY laptop continues to RestartAnd Both of the Leds on the Notebook Card are LITE UP.Plus when I insert the card my Computer BEEPS 2 Times then With a BLUE screen Saying (SYSTEM MEMORY DUMP 732857934593695) like that then it restarts.What is the problem?

    Dell latitude C600 Windows 2000
    Netgear -Wireless Pc Card(32-Bit Cardbus MA521)(802.11b-2.4GHz)
