CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THE NAME OF A MOBILE SOFTWARE THT CAN UNLOCK A MOBILE VIA DATA CABLE??

I WANT TO UNLOCK MY MOBILE USING A DATA CABLE, BUT I DONT NO HOW
