how to put black background for my subtitle?

i have movie that already have subtitle and i cant remove it i need program
that support puting black background for my new subtitle so i can ready it
anybody know how to put it plz or remove the old one easy?

 

If u use ffdshow or vobsub, then just look at the settings of those apps ...

What program do u use to see those movies? Does it support subs? Then look settings of that player...

 

i need to creat the background and make them ready to burn n the DVD not to watch them at my PC

 

I guess u need to go and see settings of the program you use to burn them... Do you use FilmMachine or what?
