Xxcuter 2.6ce w/ flashbios 3.0.1 on box v1.0 - FRAG after bios flash

Ok, I'm running into a major issue with my XBox. I bought a X 2.6ce chip and have installed it. Getting the blue lights and the FlashBios 3.0.1 screen.

I read several tutorials on the subject and read that I could flash with x3 bios. I found it on a torrent and enabled the http flashing. Everything went well and it shut the box down after flashing.

I turned it back on and now it chirps at me 2 times and Flashes Red & Green.

I tried BOTH banks and it does the same thing. What happened and how do I correct it? I have not tried booting with the chip off yet, but will try that to see if it works.

Please let me know how I can fix this, if anyone knows how to. I used X3 3294 bios during the flashing.

UPDATE: Tried booting without the chip enabled and it does boot to the dash.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do other than buying a Programmer?

The box just sits and flashes red & green and will not open the dvd drive.
