Can't download updates

    I have nero 6 when I try to download the updates from nero I get this error message, Internet Exployer has encountered a problem and needs to close. my connection is ok I can say online alright

    If you are looking for the basic update to Nero 6, try the below. This is the http alternative to the ftp site.

    http://www.nero.com/nero6/enu/update.php

    Some folks have problems with the ftp sites. Other downloads should give you an http option.

    There is also a help file for downloading on the bottom of the page, and it mentions enabling pop-ups.
