Hows everyone doing? Well my heres my prob. I bought an online copy of roxio 9 but then got a refund because i bought clone/any/copy dvd. Now when i installed roxio it had an option to install another dvd drive (though there is no physical drive) and i chose to have it installed. Now im trying to remove that drive but everytime i do (I go under properties/hardware/devive manager/ then i uninstall drivers) and restart my comp it still there. Is there a way to permanetly remove it?? Thanks in advance.

If you still have Disc Image Loader installed, from the EMC 9 suite, open it, and remove it from there. As far as I know, that is the only way to get rid of it.
