You might try burning at a slower speed, like 4x.

Have you checked for a firmware update?

    It's no new firmware available.
By the way, I try to burn with 4X speed and error is occured again.

    What should I do?

Are the two image files the same except for the extension?

If they are different, could the .iso be a bad download or a corrupted file?

You might check if you have a NeroHistory file. It could have both burn attempts listed and we could compare the good .nrg burn against the bad .iso burn.

And you are using the "Recorder-Burn Image" option?

Am I reading this correctly? You are burning a 2 minute image?

First, I have download the ISO file from internet, burn it , and then the error appear so I use Daemon tool mount that ISO file, copy all file from that image and save to nrg file. After that I burn that nrg file and... I can burn it without error.

Another test, I save the 20 MB file to ISO and try to burn it to my CD-RW and then the error appear (in the log file).

Final Test I copy the ISO file to another computer and use Nero 6 to burn CD, the error doesn't appear.

Now, I don't know what wrong with my drive or my Nero 7.

    Thank you for your help.

    Oh, another question...
what a NeroHistory file is located?

I think I know the reason - the stupid reason. The ISO file that I test or download from internet was created from other programs such as UltraISO. I have recently install the newest version of Nero 7, create ISO (by Nero 7) and burn it...the error disappear!!! Amazing thing.

Can my reason be come true?

    Update your Nero from here

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/

Not the best quality discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)

You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

I never install Roxio software. How does "CDRALW2K.SYS" installed in my system? Is it possible that programs which have burning function (such as itune, Winamp) install this file to my system?
Furthermore, before I use Princo, I used Sony to burn ISO and error appeared.

I can only advise it as I see it, it's your decision whether you want to implement the recommendations.
