Xilisoft PSP converter delayed audio?

Alright, I've been using version 2.1 something for a while now and the decided to go to version 3. Bad move. The sound is now 2 seconds behind the video and I don't know why.

I thought it was a conflict of two versions together so I uninstalled 2.1 and kept 3 and vice versa--didn't work.

I'm also not running any intensive programs as I know they cause a delay . I leave the settings where they are because I've never had a reason to change them except for the resolution on version 2.1. Any help? Thanks!
