i realy didnt know where to go but i need help bad i bought an mp4 player and i cant download a singel song or video it keeps talking about formatt error its a tiny tunez mp4 player and i need help. who ever responds with the right anwser youre the best and i thank you in advance thanks.
is there a cd that came with the player? there may be drivers that need to be loaded on your computer to for it to work. did you note what type of files can be loaded onto the player. {wma, mp3, etc.}
it can play mostly all the ones you named and i used the cd but nada is there any tricks i could use. when i do video it says cannot support file.
