Can NOT bring files from my Zen Vision W back onto my PC...

Ok so hears the deal, i have a Zen Vision W and ive had it since x-mas. now i can transfer files onto it with ease but the problem comes when i try to transfer files back onto my computer. it stars to copy them then the little progress window closes and nothing happens. my friend has a Zen Vision: M and he can transfer files back and forth just fine so I'm assuming my player has something wrong with it.

Any help or advice on how to fix this problem is very appreciated ^.^
