Getting LimeWire music onto my PSP

    Ok ok... i just got a PSP im trying to get music onto it. my friend has one and he said to use LimeWire to get free songs. The only problem is... I dont know how to get my downloaded songs and videos from LimeWire onto my PSP!!! Can somebody help me!?!?!?!!!
