I have an ipaq hw6515 with WMP 10, when I update the library it doesn't search for audio files in storage card. It only searches the main memory. It wasn't doing this when purchased my device. I don't know what's wrong. I tried soft resetting. It searches the device for media files but not the storage card. And the card is listed in when I check the memory. Can anyone help?
Make sure the Card is not in the Locked Position. On one side, usually the left, near the the top, is a lever that can slide up and down; up being Unlocked, lever slide down is locked; which will allow it to be reconized in your Device and / or P.C., but won't allow access, giving an error message that I can't recall. ~Worth checking out...Good luck !
