Recomendations on which HDTV to buy ?

    Any recomendations on an HDTV? I'm looking for something in the 46", $2000 range. Right now have my eyes set on the Sony Bravia 46" LCD 720p (KDL-46S2010)on sale for $2050. Is this a good deal? Any better recomendations?

    Why don't you go one step better and get the 1080p? Probably another 3-4 hundred bucks. My 2 pixels.

    How much of a step up is the 1080p from the 720p? Is it only a picture quality issue?
