I use TMPGEnc to make MPEG versions of anime. However when trying to make Divx versions the anime is out of sync. This occurs only with Evangelion and nothing else. Cowboy bebop works fine.
From what i can tell is that the picture is slower than an old lady in a yugo. This is constant and doesn't change. (meaning the audio is never slower than the picture.) is there a way to make the video speed up?
Also when downloading anime Divx files from Kazaa the audio sync problems don't occur. have the japaneese found better ways to make Divx?
