I got a new notebook and installed nero version 5.5 and it is not recongnizing that there is a cd/dvd drive. The only drive that shows up under choose recorder is the visual image drive. What can I do so the cd/dvd drive shows up as a recorder? Thanks!
I had the same problem, so I downloaded a newer version and it worked fine. try any of the torrent sites.
