I brought a MP4 player on ebay from china. When I try to use it it says 'disk error'. I have complained and they have told me to reformat it but I have no idea how to and I did ask them but with no luck. As I am no computer wizz can someone please help me by giving me step by step instructions on how to do this.
connect your mp4 to your PC, your windows should recognize it as a removable disk, once its done, copy the folder u have there to your pc then right click on the removable disk (left side of windows explorer) and you will get some options, there you will find the format option. once u finish formating it, copy back the folders u have in ur pc to ur mp4.
