I've downloaded the 2 cds of sim city 4. Cd2 works properly but i can't open the cd1 iso file. It says the file has an invalid file format. I can burn it down but I can't open the burned cd. PLease help me if you can!
Use Alcohol 120% and after installing go to general>options>shell extension and enable iso file format. Open image burning wizard and choose the Safedisc 2 datatype profile and burn RAW DAO at 8x. Insert your backup in your [bold] burner [/bold] and see if the game will play. If the game won't play then enable "ignore media type"(general>options>emulation) and ty again with your cd burner, [bold] not [/bold] your dv\cd-rom. Be sure that you leave Alcohol 120% red icon running in system tray (startup) if you need emulation to play your backup. Both cd's are Safedisc 2.8.x cd protected.
