does any oen know how i can change my psp boot sound and icons? ive looked every where and i cant find anything on it... please help... and do you know if it will work on a ta-082 with 3.03 oe-c??
Ta-082: 2.6 -> 2.71 -> 1.5 -> 3.3 oe-c -> 3.30 -> 3.40 oe -> 3.71 m33 -> CONVERTED DS FANBOY -> hopelessly lost!

yes itll work but u didnt search good enough. go to the psp-hacks.com forum and ull find plenty.

you would have to download xmb icon packager and create the topmenu_plugin.rco file urself.

google xmb icon packager. i know its at qj.net the precompiled topmenu was the one at psp-hacks.com

ok once i get the icon file how do i install it into my psp?

boot into recovery and mount your flas1 as a drive. copy topmenu_plugin.rco over the one in flash1:\VSH\RESOURCE

no u have to create them urself most of the time...but xmb icon packager comes with a ton of icons.

i have 3.0e -c and when i mount flash1 there is no resource folder in vsh
Ta-082: 2.6 -> 2.71 -> 1.5 -> 3.3 oe-c -> 3.30 -> 3.40 oe -> 3.71 m33 -> CONVERTED DS FANBOY -> hopelessly lost!

in flash1 in vsh folder there is only a theme folder and it has my wallpaper in it...

You put ur custom topmenu_plugin.rco file in flash0 in the directory vsh\resource heres is a lionk to alot of fonts backgrounds, gameboots etc.. these are not mine i jsut maid a package of abunch that i downloaded.
