RaTDVD was a test version of fluxDVD

Some people have already figured out that ratDVD was nothing more than a prelease version of fluxDVD (without DRM).

So why create bogas software called ratDVD and release it as free DVD backup software? Because it gets unexpecting individuals to test and report bugs. The name itself "RatDVD" is an inside joke; the whole point of "fluxDVD" is get rid of the "Rats" who pirate DVDs. Who better than to test fluxDVD (aka ratDVD) than the rats who they hope to get ride of.
