Can I use this monitor to play the nintendo wii?

    there is a pc lead selling in japan but i not sure if they sell it anywhere else

    Well first, this moniotor is not very impressive. 16ms response time is slow by today's standards where 8ms or better is the norm. For that price you can get a decent widescreen 20-23" lcd monitor/t.v. You can hook up your Wii to this via the component input (small yellow input in the pic) or the S-video input which would require you to buy the S-video cable for the Wii. Sound would have to be routed through a receiver with at least stereo processing, another expense if you don't have one already. I would suggest you keep shopping, there are better buys out there.
