can anyone tell me where to get the keys.bin file i dont have a PS3 so i cant buy any games from sony store

i dont want to use it to pirate i have a couple of psx games i would like to play on my psp and i cant get them to work with the emulator. I riped them to .bin files and they freeze once they start loading
