Rainbow Six Vegas Graphics Help

I tried playing rainbow six vegas on ma comp which has a radeon 9550 and it runs but doesnt get past the loading screen.Is there a patch or something that can run it on my graphics card?

 

You have to a have a grpahics card that uses SM 3.0. Only ATI cards that have SM 3.0 are X1600,X1800,and X1900. Nvidia cards with SM 3.0 are the 6X00,7X00, and 8X00. I have the same problem. I tried to play Splinter Cell Double Agent on my PC and and dont have an SM 3.0 capable card.

 

tht sukz....anyway are there any other first person shooters that are new and run on ma card.....

my vid card is 9800xt radeon


but i only get ot the loading screen and after a few minutes the game boots out



so now im planning to buy 7600 vid card to be able to play

 

counter strike source is great fps game. i can run vegas but it laggs like hell. i have a x1700 and 2.0 ghz dual core an 1 gig of ram.
