    Hi !
I have Mandrake Linux 9.1, and I need to know, are there any DivX / XviD -players for Linux, that has the ability to show subtitles.
I watch movies using Kaboodle, Xine, and Aviplay, but I haven't figured out a way to get subtiles working.
I also have WindowsXP Pro, and under WinXP, I use the combination of Windows Media Player and DivXG400, works just fine, there...

Have a look at the mplayer, at the mplayer site it mentions that it can play 9 different subtitle formats.

I dont use Linux, so Im not sure if this is what youre looking for._X_X_X_X_X_[small]Life is but a dream...so wake me up already!!![/small]

Looks like I had already Mplayer installed, but there was no icon in the start menu. I downloaded a new skin for it, and now I can also use it's GUI. Great proggy, the subtitles has anti-aliasing on them.
Recommend for all Linux-movie freeks !!
