Have a question re: Secam/Pal/NTSC VHS Players

I was asked by my boss to purchase a multi-format VHS player. We need to be able to play tapes in SECAM, PAL, & NTSC formats. Is there one machine that will be able to do this for us? Also does anyone know where I could get more information on this? Thank you!
