Pioneer AO3 VS Pioneer AO4

    I'm looking into buying a dvd writer and I was wondering which of these two drvies was the best.

    I Know the a04 is smaller and so should fit in your computer better.

    Smaller?! 5.25 drives both, exact same size. A04 supports 2x DVD-RW burning, has burnproof for DVD burning and has better ventilation (an actual problem with A03/103, the drive heats a lot).

    Pioneer's newest improved combo DVD/CD Writer and Player drive-- the new DVR-A04. (This advanced drive replaces the previous A03 model -- the unit is just a bit smaller to conform to the exact 5.25-inch drive form factor so that it will fit into smaller computer cases more easily. It also will write to CD-RW discs at both 4X and 8X speeds, while the older A03 only had a 4X capability. Otherwise the units are roughly similar.

    Ok :) I've got the a03 and it fits ok to 5.25 place anyway, but maybe it's bit tight then.
