Have you ever googled disk copy? If you google "backup software" you'll find a lot of software that might work. A lot of it's relatively inexpensive and most allow you to use a trial copy for a while to see if you like it. From my search results, I guess "easeus disk copy" is one of those brand names that has become a generic. and so cool it's free.
