quick question about 3.03 OE-C

Site update - March 16th 2010

AfterDawn.com has been updated! In addition to renewing the layout of the site we have also speeded up things considerably. The new version has been tested on our Finnish site for several months, and during the testing we have managed to improve the new version even further.

You can now enjoy this new layout at English AfterDawn.com and English Discussion Forums as well! We have also introduced new sections to the site, and re-arranged things a bit.

do i need to install devhook for firmware 3.03 OE-C if i want to play downloaded games?

also can i play emulators on a psp with a firmware of 3.03 OE-C emulators such as n64 not just ps1

no thats what makes 3.03 oe-c great its like 1.5 + 3.03
all you do is go into the recovery menu and go to configuration and change the game floder homebrew to 1.52 then put emulators and other homebrew in the game folder and your good to go.
