Ratchet and Clank .iso's

Site update - March 16th 2010

AfterDawn.com has been updated! In addition to renewing the layout of the site we have also speeded up things considerably. The new version has been tested on our Finnish site for several months, and during the testing we have managed to improve the new version even further.

You can now enjoy this new layout at English AfterDawn.com and English Discussion Forums as well! We have also introduced new sections to the site, and re-arranged things a bit.

Does anyone here know how much space a [full] Ratchet and Clank iso ought to have (how much of the 1.8GB of a UMD disk does it take up)?

916 megabytes. u can use umdgen to open it up, extract the files, delete a few non english folders and it will be 800 something megabytes. then try converting it to cso.i have a cso at 772 megs but i havn't tried it yet.

What about Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, Killzone, and Syphon Filter; how large are those games?

Hmm, thanks. But actually...hmm, the link you gave me doesn't really specify whether or not if those listed UMD sizes are the full versions or not :-\ ?

they are, at least all the games i know of are the same size as the list, like MGS PO is around 1gb
